APMEN TechTalk: from Research & Development to implementation — next steps for the Vivax Working Group

The APMEN Vivax Working Group (VxWG) has been hosted by Menzies, and co-chaired by Prof. Ric Price since its inception in 2009. The group has addressed key research and development questions on new radical cure tools and sought to bring researchers together with national programmes to identify and address key research gaps on new P. vivax radical cure tools. 

In this TechTalk Prof. Ric Price reflected on the achievements of the VxWG over the last 10 years and Dr. Karma Lhazeen, the incoming Chair and Director of Dept. of Public Health, Bhutan, presented the draft workplan for the coming two years.
