Studies in human malaria; the protective and therapeutic action of SN 6911 against St. Elizabeth strain vivax malaria.

Over 200 derivatives of 4-aminoquinoline were found to be active against avian malarial parasites during the co-operative investigations reported in A survey of Antimalarial Drugs (1941-1945) Wiselogle (1946). Of these only SN6911, to be dealt with in this paper, SN 7618 and SN 8137 were tested against sporozoite-induced human malarial infections.
