The following is an account is a series of twenty cases of benign tertian malarial relapses treated with paludrine over a period of 6 months and followed by a further period of 6 months. The series is short as personal access to cases of malaria ceased in June, 1948; it is reported as it is thought that in spite of the shortness of the series, positive findings of value were obtained.
