Webinar: Supporting adherence to new malaria treatment with user-friendly materials
Please join us on May 19th, 2020 from 8 AM to 9 AM PST (5 - 6 PM Central European Time) for a webinar highlighting case studies of clear and user-friendly communication materials to improve treatment outcomes.
- Maud Majeres Lugand, Research and Access Project Manager for Medicines for Malaria Venture. Passionate about visual communication and cultural differences, Maud works in the intersection of drug delivery, patient compliance and provider comprehension – an area that bolsters the health impact of medicines. With experience in social research her contribution focuses on developing Information Education and Communication materials as well as user-friendly packaging for medicines to enhance treatment outcomes. Additionally, as the malaria in pregnancy access focal point, Maud has been collaborating on several key projects aiming at improving maternal and neonatal health. Maud has a background in communications and prior to joining MMV in 2006, she worked in a communications agency in the private sector for six years. Aside from work, she is currently completing her Master in Public Health with the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicines. She likes swimming and kitesurfing.
