Mixed falciparum and vivax malaria in Canadian travellers [correction].

The principal author of this letter (Can Med Assoc J 1989; 141: 100, 101, 104), Dr. Chau Nguyen, was incorrectly identified in the journal as Dr. Can Dinh Nguyen. The letter had been submitted by coauthor Dr. Jay S. Keystone from the Tropical Disease Unit at Toronto General Hospital.
