Presentation of Plasmodium vivax malaria.

Malaria can present in unusual forms. Plasmodium falciparum malaria has been known to be associated with urticarial reaction,",2 but P vivax malaria presenting with urticaria is a rare association.3'4 We report here a case where P vivax presented as recurrent anaphylaxis leading to syncope.
