Pyrimethamine daraprim the treatment of vivax malaria.

At a meeting of the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene in July, 1952, it was suggested that pyrimethamine might prove of value in effecting a radical cure of vivax malaria by destroying the late exoerythrocytic forms of the parasite which are presumed to be responsible for relapse. The investigations here recorded were undertaken with the object of testing this theory.
